- International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total parcel weight.
- UK Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders placed through our website.
2. Customs Duties & Taxes

- International: Delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier services.

5. Receiving Your Order

- If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, kindly do not accept the delivery.
- Take clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the condition of the package.
