1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately via email or phone.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If the cancellation request is approved within the eligible time, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only. Returns for refunds are not accepted.
- You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
- Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products requested for exchange after 15 days of delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale promotions (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
